This chapter went by too quickly for me. I like the underhanded way gertrude swindled Alex, but I think something else is going on with that little trade....and I think daddy Thorn is gonna open a can of whoop ass on Gertrude for trying to cheat his little girl.... But other than that..... Here's my 2 cents so far... 1./ She'll find and duel JM. 2./ She'll lose...really badly 3./ JM will try something like a ritual with the stars above and Alex will remember the flowers in the Lands Below, and forward the message to the sun...and...well tear some shit up!!! 4./ Somewhere in the melee, she'll escape and offer up JM as a sacrifice so she won't have to die.
ok the last one was kinda morbid and probably won't happen, but hey....it would be nice if something like that happened.
