Childbirth is likely to remain primarily assigned to females, yes. The severe social penalties for being promiscuous? That's not something there is any compelling reason for future societies to impose on women.

My point was that there is no evidence that "female sexual psychology" makes them inherently less promiscuous than men. (Hence the fact that studies of sexual fidelity and promiscuity show a strong correlation between increased gender equality and more equal rates of infidelity and/or multiple partners.)
