Amazing chapter, Brian and Alex do make a great couple if you think about it and Alex never really had any feelings for Payton. I wonder how long Brian has had feelings for Alex

I guess Bonnie was following Brian trying to find out where he was sneaking out to.

Over and over again, Grimms have proven themselves to be Reasonable Authority Figures (tm). Alex's situation justifies "But she mistrusted the Wizard Justice Department and was loathe to cooperate with them." One word, "utterly" ruins that sentence for me. TOO brattish.

So you set up even more grim dark doom (tm) and it's a relief when it is safe and silly and shippy, but then the sting in the tail, Bonnie in danger, just when we have happy thoughts and fireworks. You bastard!.

Od he Say: 1) Alex says screw the Ministry, she casts a spell, cures Bonnie in front of Human witnesses and takes whatever punishment the Ministry throws at her; 2) Alex gets Sister Pruett to cure Bonnie; 3) Bonnie dies, Brian hates Alex.

Brian says "YOU are lecturing ME about doing stupid stuff?" Glorious. It needed to be said.

well we were told there would be another death in this book, its looking like its gonna be Bonnie, the way Archie said her condition was very serious sounded like he meant critical condition and the fact that Alex's mom thought Alex might want to go down to the hospital to see Bonnie made it seem like Alex might want to go down to say goodbye.

Anyone want to take bets on Brian being obliviated by the end of the book? Or the next chapter?
As for Bonnie being a corpse, my guess is that's too early and obvious.
