I don't remember whether I read HHD or AQ first. I do remember seeing the first few chapters of AQATDR on mugglenet and wanting to go back and read the series from the beginning. I finished Thorn Circle and Lands Below before you were halfway finished posting Deathly Regiment! Maybe I've said this before, but it was the quality of your writing that kept me reading long enough to be drawn into the story. I hadn't got the memo that HP fans are supposed to treat black-haired, green-eyed, American OCs with disdain. :) And I'm one of the fans who likes Alex!
