Maybe. I wouldn't like to have to try, though. And you have to remember there are more than one dragon. In the next chapter, the Matsuzaka did kill one dragon and its rider - and the remaining dragons wiped the whole town off the face of the Earth.

Yes, it does sound easy,, but i think if Alex is confronted by ROC dragons and death may seem imminent, she may remember her time on the quest in the ozarks. Silencio herself and take out the Confederations biggest weapon in one fail swoop and ditch with her 7 leagues just to piss off the gov gen. Just sayin
