Amazing chapter, Brian and Alex do make a great couple if you think about it and Alex never really had any feelings for Payton. I wonder how long Brian has had feelings for Alex

I guess Bonnie was following Brian trying to find out where he was sneaking out to.

The next chapter is going to be very interesting.

That's my guess on Bonnie also. Will it put Brian back into blaming Alexandra?

Spent the last week doing a semi-marathon reread of the first three books, there's so much I didn't remember, and now it's Killing me to wait for new chapters of this story.

I think Alex will go back to blaming herself rather. Pity. Brian/Alex would make a sweet couple indeed, though I don't see it happening soon. Alex clearly doesn't have romantic feelings for Brian(yet) and Brian is still too much of a nervous schoolboy to make much of an impression (the comparison with William was subtle, but apt). Still, my predictions for the next chapter -

a) Bonnie is going to pull through, and keep her mouth shut about following Brian that night.
b) Alex will dump Payton/Payton will dump Alex after finding out about Brian.
c) Alex and Brian will continue to be friends, but Alex will withdraw even more into herself.
d) Dianna Grimm is finally going to make an appearance.

Please give us a long, long chapter next time :)

I hope not, it would be very unfortunate. I'd like to see Alex/Brian relationship develop more.
